Gloucester Park is a unique and versatile venue in Perth, showcasing exciting harness racing every Friday night. The superbly appointed facilities include 3 restaurants operating during race nights and 9 function rooms available for private hire on any day or night of the week.
Gloucester Park's function rooms offer ample floorspace and facilities for trade shows, product launches, corporate dinners and conferences. All of our function areas overlook the beautiful Swan River, Burswood Park Gardens and the stunning city lights.
Private Boxes
What better way to reward your star performers or VIP clients than a night of racing action in a Private Box. Gloucester Park offers 3 exclusive Private Boxes located on the top floor of the grandstand, overlooking the finish line. Inclusive packages are available, the Boxes cater for 15-20 guests or can be joined fit a maximum of 50 guests. Make your incentive a little different and memorable with a private box at Gloucester Park. Race nights are held every Friday night.
Legend's Lounge
Located on the top floor of the Grandstand, the Legend's Lounge offers a private bar and tote area for functions of up to 50 people. Guests can mingle in a cocktail style environment whilst enjoying a magnificent view of the harness racing action on the track, or choose to dine from the international seafood buffet, from the Beau Rivage Restaurant next door on race nights. The Legend's Lounge offers the perfect level of intimacy and style for your Cocktail Party or Sundowner and is a great venue for holding a memorable celebration. This room can also be set to accommodate smaller groups for formal dinners and luncheons.
Steelo's Grill
Steelo’s Grill, located on the ground floor, is one of our most popular private function rooms. Suitable for groups of up to 100 people, it offers a great view of the finish line, private bar and tote facilities as well as the flexibility to accommodate for varying styles of events. Ideal for corporate functions, birthday parties and celebrations, the room is also a wonderful venue for seminars, meetings or daytime conferences. A large range of audio visual equipment and the availability of break-out rooms offers the flexibility to meet your presentation needs. A variety of catering packages are available for your next function at Steelo's Grill.
Social Groups - Race Night Dining
The Beau Rivage Restaurant offers spectacular views of the Swan River and all the racing action with tiered seating, full bar and tote facilities. Enjoy an international buffet, including seafood, in Gloucester Park's finest dining area, every Friday night. Alternatively, for a carvery buffet choose the Radiant Oro Restaurant on the first floor. Steelo's bar and grill is located on the ground floor and offers magnificent alfresco dining, right in front of the finishing post. Seminars & Conferences
Gloucester Park offers the versatility of up to nine function rooms suitable for meetings, seminars and conferences. The largest is the Golden Nugget Room, which can cater for groups of 250 to 1000 people. With so many choices and options available, Gloucester Park can meet all your seminar and conference needs.
Product Launches
Gloucester Park offers an ideal venue for product launches, with a large grassed area or indoor facilities to suit your requirements. All rooms offer Swan River and trackside views.

Red Pepper Catering are a WA company who provide on-site catering to Gloucester Park. They have a Gold catering license and are consistent multiple finalists and winners in the Catering Industry Awards. Spices Catering, the parent company, are the 2003 Awards for Excellence in Catering Event Caterer of the Year.
