TABtouch Lounge 

  • Capacity: 80–160 guests

  • Hire Fee: From $565 

  • Features: Located on the first level of the JP Stratton Stand, directly opposite the Gloucester Park finishing post. Private bar and tote facilities, exterior grandstand access, flexible layouts.
    Perfect for awards nights, buffets, and cocktail functions.

 President’s Room

  • Capacity: 45–90 guests

  • Hire Fee: From $550 

  • Features: Located on the first floor of the James Brennan Stand. Stunning Swan River views directly opposite the finish post. Private bar and restrooms making it ideal for birthdays, engagements and Christmas parties.

Caduceus Room

  • Capacity: 80-200 guests

  • Hire Fee: From $550 

  • Features: Located on level 3 of the JP Stratton Grandstand, this is a private venue with sweeping views over Gloucester Park and the river. Perfect for large dinners, presentations and corporate events. Private bar and tote facilities in a premium space with an elevated experience above the racing action.

Legends Lounge

  • Capacity: 30–50 guests

  • Hire Fee: From $400 

  • Features: Perched on the top floor of the Grandstand with a private bar for intimate functions. Panoramic views, perfect for cocktail or sit-down parties or special celebration or daytime boardroom for meetings or small seminars.

Quinny’s Room

  • Capacity: 40–80 guests

  • Hire Fee: From $425 

  • Features: Ground floor access with adjoining deck. This room is popular for private functions with a private bar and finish line views. Flexible setups for cocktail or buffet events. Ideal for corporate events, birthdays, or conferences.

Exclusive suites for intimate gatherings overlooking the finish line.

  • Village Kid: 15 guests

  • Dainty’s Daughter: 15 guests

  • Preux Chevalier (Large): 20 guests

Can combine 3 suites to create a space accommodating 20+ guests. (50 guests MAX.).
